It is only just now starting to drip and melt away. But oh what a wonderful treat this moment of snow was. Where we are staying is like an iv tap to nature and I can feel it smoothing over all the cracks in our broken hearts and souls. My Mother is now a morning person. This is very new and not something that I have ever witnessed in my adult life. Often I wake up to find Mother outside with the dog just gazing out into the view.
Mother’s interview Friday in Baltimore was interesting (in a good way). I will find out what I can write about and share more soon. She has an interview in DC tomorrow.
Please now, if you have not already done so, go sit with Cece. I can not even type through the tears. She needs all of us to gather ’round and scoop her up.

YAY!!! More interviews! I am so happy that there is progress. Which Trader Joes did you go to? Some are better (bigger) than others. The one in Silver Spring is my fav, but Rockville is okay, Columbia is too small and Towson is good, but hard to park around there.
I am so glad that the healing season is beginning for you. xoxo
I hope your mom’s interviews go well and lead to multiple job offers.
I hope your mom’s interviews go well. Hugs to you.
Hoping the interviews go well.
So happy there some positive moments happening.
Beautiful picture. I am so glad that you are staying in such a lovely place.
Yay more interviews! If you come into the city with her for it, lemme know?
The picture is beautiful. I am sitting here myself looking at it coming down outside. Except I would rather it now snow because I loathe driving in it. LOATHE it. (i love that word.)
Good luck on that interview. I hope you have A LOT to talk about soon.
And thanks for linking over to Cece’s blog. I’d of gotten there sometime soon, but my heart just broke to read it. I’m lighting a candle right now for her dear daughter Nora.
Hoping all the interviewing is going well. If you need a place to hang out in DC today (though it’s probably too late to be saying this), I’m home on Mondays and Tuesdays. In and out for Natalie dropoff and pickup, but generally around.
I was going to send you some pics of all our snow, but seems like you have quite a bit of your own. Wishing your mom the best of luck with the interviews, I hope she finds something soon. I’m heartbroken for CeCe, I had just been to the blog and saw the girls. Thanks for the letting us know.
You are a great writer. And a great photographer. And a great person.
