Nothing to see here. Just chaos. Teething. Bickering. Packing. Stressing. Fretting. Jealous??
And to keep me sane (& accountable) here is what I am working on:
1. arrange pick up of items being donated to local woman’s shelter. Agreed to thursday pick up as I work better with deadline. AH!! THURSDAY!
2. figure out which moving method we are using (cube, truck, self drive, someone else drive?)
3. plan trip out of state for hand off of pets (drive? fly?)
4. photograph and upload items for sale on craig’s list
5. deal with wackadoodles from craig’s list
6. panic
7. repeat step 6
Oh and love, kiss, adore the teething W.
One piece of advice re: Criag’s list. Give them a big window of time and tell them they HAVE to show up during that time or no dice. Like a Saturday afternoon that you will be home and packing. If you try and sked individual appts you will go bonkers with all of the runaround and cancellations.

So happy that you have W to keep you sane for little moments of time.
I like the option of using CList, but the people on there irritate me. They will ask if you still have an item and then not respond back or say they are coming to meet and then change their mind. When you do have someone actually follow through it is an amazing service. Wishing you luck!
#5 would be making me panic too. Though I have had some really good experiences with that as well.

thinking of you. Sorry not been around much lately, but my life been a bit crazy too and not much time for me-and-my-computer. I’ve popped by when I can and am with you in thoughts for sure. I used USHIP to pack their pods, they are metal boxes really. They were the only part of all my moving company shit that was good. They were also wonderful in trying to help me claim against the other companies I dealt withand their prices were fantastic. Just a thought.
Oh and they will store for you as well cheaply.
