Bullet Points are our friends.

* Was not able to get an ultrasound appointment for today OR for Monday. Turns out most people book appointments at imaging centers during the work week so that they can, ahem, miss work. Clever working people, very clever. I do, however, have an appointment for an ultrasound tomorrow (Saturday) at 11:00am. I am still in absolute rapture at getting to an ultrasound. I am hoping like hell that everything is TOTALLY textbook.

* In a few days I, along with two of your other favorite bloggers, will be launching a review site. More details to follow, but expect the site to be full of wit, snark, and silliness.

* It has rained every day here for 6 straight days. It is going to rain again today and tomorrow. Just thought I would share that with you.

* Last night I was kind of freaked out by that break-dancing 6 year old on So You Think You Can Dance. Anyone else?

* How are we supposed to endure another week of Blayne on Project Runway. Seriously. Was he a reject from the Big Brother casting session?

* GM has been having a few good days lately. We are having some bathroom issues, but other than that she has been nice and alert. For the most part.

* Yesterday I caught BG heaving a hairball and then before I could stop her she ate it back up. EW!

* I have had the same two Netflix movies since the beginning of July. Ditto for two library books. Thank goodness only one of those infractions comes with late fees. gulp.

* Yesterday Mother came home with a stunning bouquet of flowers for me. Seriously weeping moment was had.

* Anyone have an idea for a topic for tomorrow’s Scattergories??

Did you like how Blayne called TG “Timalicious”? Barf. Holla at your boy…

OK the kid, yes it bugged me too. If it had been shorter maybe not so freaky I am not sure. But Cat Deeley (sp) gained major points from me with putting the slobbery grill in her mouth. She irked me to no end season one and most of two but she has seriously grown on me. I was also soooo happy Joshua and Courtney made it!!!

As for Blayne, when he said “Tim-licious I wanted to smack him upseid the head with a brick, seriously. He tries soo hard to be “catchy and clever” and he is just a twit. He also looks sooo much like Tommy Hilfiger’s bastard son it creeps me out.

As for Scattergories I always vote for food questions but I am obsessed with it this week.

When I saw you couldn’t get one for today or monday, I thought you’d have to wait forever. I’m so glad you got one for tomorrow!

If it makes you feel any better, I have had the same three movies from Netflix from July 2007. OH SEVEN. That’s how badly I suck.

I am so excited for you and can’t wait to hear about the ultrasound!

how i know i am getting ready for school-on-the-brain… i read the one word in this sentence: “Thank goodness only one of those ***infractions*** comes with late fees”

as: inFARCtions ~ as in heart attack.
oy. a nurse’s brain never shuts off…

yay for flowers from your mama… that is so sweet!
cant wait for tomorrow!!! :)

The fact that everyone schedules scans during the week in order to miss work is hilarious and makes me feel like the people of the US and I have something in common.

Netflix: We had “Dead Man Walking” for 6 months and “Monsters Ball” for 5 months. We’re rarely in the mood to watch depressing movies…or maybe movies that deal with the death penalty.

as for scattergories, i vote for something with the letter p. this is so that, on the question: something that you shout, you, my dear, can write PREGNANT!!!

Hooray for US! What exactly are they looking for? (I’m not so smart here, obvs)

Only six days straight? I’ve got you beat. I think it has rained here every single day since May. It rains mainly in the evening, around six or seven. I am watching the pond behind our house and starting to think about adding the flood insurance.

How about pets for Scattagories? Everyone likes to talk about their pets.

Yay for Saturday ultrasounds. I can’t wait to hear. The rain for 6 days in a row doesn’t sound too bad (I grew up in Seattle) until I think about the fact that it’s probably also humid as hell down there which then makes me feel all sticky and gross.
Don’t watch reality TV (or any TV lately it seems) so I have no idea who you are talking about.
Yay for good days for GM.
Yup, pets and gross, they go hand in hand.
So have been there for the netflix thing. I’ve had months where three movies cost me close to $40 as I had the same 3 movies for like 2 months.

i seem to have been auto subscribed to your review blog, any idea how that happened? not that I’m upset, just a bit surprised.
Yay on the amazing 3rd beta.
Why does the clinic want you to have an ultrasound? Isn’t it a little early?

Did you see Blayne walking with his backpack like he was pregnant? They only showed a glimpse of it when they were leaving for Mood I think it was but sheesh… and then that “holla” stuff with Tim was just uh… Hi I want to be noticed. EEEk. However, those ruffles were nasty so I have to think that the right person got ousted this week but I thought that the winning dress was nice but not smashing. It made her butt look big and who wants that?

Anyhow…. may you have a wonderful ultrasound tomorrow!

Die hard Project Runway fan here, and I am dying to see Blayne go. I am completely underwhelmed by the guys on this season. Who does that gay Mormon think he is with the headbands–Bret Michaels? Uggh.

BG ate the hairball? Ugghhh…Pascal won’t eat anything like that. If he pukes, rest assured that you will find it intact…and probably with your bare foot. lol

yeah, I found the breaking Kiddo a bit freaky too. I was surprised Chelsie was voted off, but really at this point I am kinda in love with all of them (although Katee and Josh the most) so I would have been sad any way… What REALLY makes me sad is that this is the last week coming up. I don’t know WHAT I am gpoing to do after that. America’s next top model? So you think you can dance, Canada (yes, hopw lame, we are getting our own show)…

Crossing all my fingers for you and your U/S!

Ooooh, nevermind! Can I just say that I LOVED the Snorks? I still love the Snorks. While at the Snorks on Ice in 4th grade, there was an odd itchy feeling on the bottom of my left foot. I woke up much later that night puking my guts up, and I also had the big D. Turns out, that itchy spot on the bottom of my foot that I first noticed while at Snorks on Ice was the start of the chicken pox. That has nothing whatsoever to do with your good news, but YAY for the Snorks and YAY for YOUR Snork!

And Grover…I’ve had a love affair with him since I was born and There’s a Monster at the End of This Book is still one of my favorite. I’ll stop now.
